The Berger Company holds equity interests in nine hotels totaling over 2,200 rooms nationwide, ranging from limited service to luxury properties. TBC is a leader in the dynamic New Orleans hospitality market, in which it owns five hotels totaling over 1,250 rooms. These New Orleans hospitality assets include the Loews New Orleans, the Omni Royal Orleans, and the Windsor Court. The 2009 acquisition of the Windsor Court was awarded the American Lodging Investment Summit’s "Transaction of the Year" Award.

Through its hospitality investments, The Berger Company has built relationships with a stable of major brands and capable management firms, including its co-ownership of Expotel Hospitality Services. Expotel currently manages and has invested interest in 13 properties nationwide.
